On site review report of food production license

      On September 20, 2022, Mr. Luo, Mr. Wang, Mr. Qiu and Mr. Huang from Xiamen Food and Drug

Evaluation and Certification and Adverse Reaction Testing Center came to our company for on-site inspection of food

 production license. The on-site inspection is an important link before the food business license. In order to do this work 

well, the staff of the food testing agency adhere to the principle of paying equal attention to both leniency and strict 

management, the principle of combining supervision and service, and the principle of concurrent inspection and guidance, and earnestly carry out the on-site inspection of the food business license.

     In strict accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Food Business License, the inspectors went to the 

business site item by item, checked carefully and carefully against each standard of the on-site verification form, and truthfully filled in the On site Verification Record Form of Food Business License after on-site verification in the principle of 

"open license and standardized procedures"; During the inspection, focus on whether the site selection of beverage storage sites and food management sites meet the requirements; Whether it is separated from toxic, harmful and pollution sources; Whether the food is stored at a proper distance from the ground and labeled; Whether the demand for certificates and

 tickets is standardized; Whether the functional layout is reasonable; Whether the food sales area and non food sales area 

are separated.

      While carrying out on-site inspection, we carefully explained the standards and their significance to relevant personnel of our company, and emphasized and required food safety issues. It also publicized the Food Safety Law, improved the 

food safety awareness and legal awareness of the company's personnel, and prevented the occurrence of food safety 

accidents from the source.

    After a day of audit and inspection, the evaluation teacher believed that our company's various management systems 

were sound, the record forms were perfect, the staffing was reasonable, and the responsibilities were clear. The

construction of these software and hardware also paved the way for the enterprise to move forward. In the end, the 

evaluation teachers believed that our company met the requirements of food production enterprises to implement the main responsibility of quality and safety, improved the quality and safety awareness, and eliminated potential quality and safety hazards. On this basis, our company has established a long-term quality and safety assurance mechanism, which has laid

 a solid foundation for long-term and continuous production of high-quality products.
